Tom did a great job babyproofing our apartment. I started out interviewing quite a few babyproofers and decided to go for him because he had creative and budget-oriented solutions. Also, he didn't pressure me into the installation service since I initially just wanted a consultation thinking I could do the installation myself. The consultation was thorough, educational and to the point. No overselling, but still stating the necessary. I decided to go for the installation as well and again he did an excellent job. He even cleaned up after drilling holes... definitely not common practice for handymen. All in all, great experience. I'll be recommending him to my fellow moms.
